Challenge
As a young Internet site, FoodFit.com had an urgent need to increase traffic and subscriptions to
its premium Diet & Fitness Club service. 

Tactics
For immediate impact, Noral developed the strategic positioning to highlight FoodFit Club’s unique attributes and superiority over the competition and carried this through a re-design of the site home page, "Learn More Tour" and sign-up process. To drive registration for e-newsletters and the premium Club, Noral launched sweepstakes and promotion offers (e.g., “Cool Tips for a Hot Summer” e-newsletter, a chance to win a Vornado® fan, and a discount with an April “Tax Day Deadline You Can Love”). Noral quickly built a network of traffic-driving partner relationships, making critical introductions that led to proposals and opportunities with major sites like Yahoo!, Disney’s FamilyFun.com and USAToday.com.

Results
A review of how FoodFit.com content and interactive tools were used by current partners resulted in links that better leveraged landing pages and boosted exposure for the Club. New club sign-ups jumped 18%. Noral enhanced customer care practices, Search Engine Marketing and optimization, and customer research, to newsletter strategies for maximum overall efficiency.
