To best serve the needs of Warc’s growing U.S. subscriber base, the company requires the services of a U.S.-based firm with marketing-savvy and an unparalleled commitment to client service and revenue growth in the competitive arena of Web-based professional services publishing.
Tactics
Noral manages all aspects marketing and client services for Warc with its U.S.-based subscribers who include the country’s most prominent advertising agencies, market research firms, corporate brand owners, as well as a growing number of U.S. universities. Noral identifies the appropriate value propositions for Warc products and services in the U.S., recommends product enhancements to ensure their viability, assesses pricing and promotional plans, creates channels for cross-selling and direct marketing, and manages customer service and strategic partnerships with affiliate companies. All Noral activities positively leverage exposure and sales, driving revenue for Warc.
Results
